Street Wise
The story Streetwise was very inspiring. It told about a man who was kicked out onto the streets. I now know how hard it is to be a homless person. You go through struggles every single day. You don't know what you are going to eat, where to sleep or if you will make it through the night. I think that Streetwise is a very good short story.

What I really liked about this article is that it taught us that not all homeless people are drug addicts or alcholics. Many people living on the streets have simply had a hard, unlucky life, and with no supportive family to help them, had no choice but to live on the streets. Kyle, the guy in the article, had a lot of strength and desire to get his life back on track. I wonder how many homeless people have simply given up on a better life and settle for what little they have. It's sad.
